The beginning
A vision born in bold lines
In 1994, architect and developer Jonathan Reeves founded Meridian with a single resolve: to build spaces that dignify the people who inhabit them. Starting from a single project in the city's overlooked waterfront district, the company grew by never compromising its founding ethos.
From that first adaptive reuse warehouse — now a celebrated mixed-use landmark — Meridian expanded into residential towers, civic centers, and mixed-use districts across the region. Each project carried the same deliberate intention.
